Are you a connoisseur and like to be pampered with good food and drink? Here is a small selection of what awaits you in the Zillertal:

Adventure dairies in the Zillertal

Always worth a visit: the adventure dairy in Mayrhofen. Under the motto “See - Smell - Enjoy” you can follow the process from raw milk to cheese and other subtleties. There is also a show dairy with a museum in Fügen. At the end of both dairies, the highlight is on: the tasting of the delicate dairy products!

Zillertal Beer

The oldest private brewery in Tyrol, founded in 1500. You can get a real “Zillertal” in almost every inn. Whether Pils, Märzen, Weißbier, Radler, Schwarzbier or the notorious Gauderbock, there is something for every beer taste. From 2013 the newly built brewery hall on the outskirts of Zell can be visited. By the way: The “Gauderfest”, Austria's largest costume festival, is co-organized by “Zillertal Bier”. Bottom up!
